Kelley’s would like to congratulate Amanda on being September’s Employee of the Month!

Amanda started as an answering service agent.  She has worked every shift possible here at Kelley’s! In 2017 she was promoted to Administrative Assistant. And the progress she has made! To say the least she has helped catapult our team to another level. Implementing new processes, helping mentor all divisions of our team from sales to team leads.  On occasion when the agents need extra help, she will log in and help with our call flow and answering phone calls. She has a wonderful relationship with our clients and knows their accounts well.

Amanda is creative in customizing new accounts to give our clients the best service possible.  She is always looking for new ways to make things easier for the customer and our agents. Amanda has sat through many webinars and soaked in so much valuable information for our company. She always has new and bright ideas to help things move along smoothly.

Amanda’s now training an additional administrative assistant so she can dive deeper in Kelley’s operations and controller processes.

During her personal time off she enjoys attending concerts, watching movies or walking at the river. You can find her reading old sci-fi books or listening to some classic rock.
