Answering Service

Welcome Employee’s Ana and Daniela!

In the past few weeks Kelley’s has welcomed two new bilingual agents to our answering service division. Kelley’s trains its staff on professionalism and courtesy to client’s, callers and fellow staff members. Each of our new employees are trained on HIPAA compliancy during their 4-week training with Lucia & Deihsi, our Team Leads, and Barb, our Answering Service Manager. Yvonne, our Agent Trainer, provides continuing education training to ensure our clients calls always get answered with a smile!

Ana joined our team in early April 2018. Even though Ana has only been with Kelley’s for a short while it’s evident that she enjoys her job and fellow employees. Ana loves to hike while listening to country music. When she is not hiking you can find her eating at our local Olive Garden or shopping at PacSun in the Columbia Center Mall.

Daniela joined our team in late April 2018. Since day one, has had a great personality on the phone and towards her coworkers. She enjoys spending her free time playing volleyball and running. Daniela, like Ana, also loves to listen to country music.

It’s always a pleasure to meet and get to know our new employees; we look forward to learning more about each of them. Thank you, ladies, for helping Kelley’s excel. You are a truly valuable to our team and we appreciate it.
