Welcome New Employees Eva, Jocelyn & Mariana!

In the past three months Kelley’s has welcomed three new bilingual agents to our answering service division. Kelley’s trains its staff on professionalism and courtesy to client’s, callers and fellow staff members. Each of our new employees takes HIPAA training when first hired on, along with a month long training with our manager and then the supervisor.

Eva joined our team in May, 2016.  Eva has been with the company a few months now and its evident that she enjoys her job and fellow employees. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, playing with her dogs, going shopping or stopping and grabbing a drink from our local Dutch Bros.

Jocelyn became part of Kelley’s team in early June, 2016. Jocelyn since day one has been full of energy and always has a smile on her face. Jocelyn does not go one day without talking cooking to one of her fellow coworkers. She has a great personality on the phone. During her spare time Jocelyn enjoys going out to eat with her boyfriend, going out for a night on the town or even getting away to go camping.

Mariana is the most recent addition. She joined our team the end of June, 2016. Mariana has only been with Kelley’s a couple of months but it’s already very clear to see that she is a hard worker. Mariana is a fast learner and has picked up the job very quickly.  When she is not working she likes to spend time with her boyfriend, working out or reading a good book.

It’s always a pleasure to meet and get to know our new employees; we look forward to learning more about each one of them. Thank you ladies for helping Kelley’s excel. You are a truly valuable to our team and we appreciate it.
